Refund policy

Returns
- Due to legal reasons we cannot accept returns on safety equipment.

- Returns on other items - Im happy to accept returns, you will have to pay for the initial freight discrepancy (ie if you qualified for free freight the shops actual freight cost will be charged),  return freight,  and there will be a small charge (the cost of the transactions, normally around 1.75% for most cards).  All tags and packaging must be intact and as it was sent.

- Shoes - I am happy to exchange sizes of shoes if you order the wrong size (you will incur extra postage costs). If you need help fitting approach / walking shoes get in contact with me and have the length and width of your foot in cms.

- All returns must be received by us with in 28 days of original purchase.  If the goods are deemed as being at fault we will refund you the full amount and the return freight charge.
